I've just gotten my copy Dawkins' new book, The Greatest Show on Earth and haven't gotten more than two chapters in. But I just thought I'd fan the flames for good reads by posting Lawrence Hursts' review in Nature (also reviews Carl Zimmer's new book).

I think The Greatest Show on Earth is the best book I've read in 2009. As I read encyclopedias in my childhood instead of reading religious texts, I was shocked to hear that anyone disbelieved in evolution.
Through this book, I was able to get a broader and more detailed understanding of evolution, a topic I didn't take seriously in the past.
In conclusion, it was very fun to read such a great book, and I hope you do too, Peter.
