Oklahoma rep fights for "righteousness"

I'm sure this is going to work out well. Tulsa World brings us this madness: Representative Sally Kern is floating an "Oklahoma Citizen's Proclamation for Morality," a document that would "acknowledge the need for a national awakening of righteousness." She has some strong economic ideas too.

Quoting the article: 'It also states signers are upset by Obama's disregard for "the biblical admonitions to live clean and pure lives by proclaiming an entire month to an immoral behavior." '

I keep wondering what part of LGBT Pride is supposedly immoral behavior. Loving someone isn't moral? They might say it's a sin, according to their beliefs, but immoral? Or is it the Pride part? I seriously wonder if the bigger problem isn't that there are people out there who don't feel shame at their own existence. I know when I was within the Church's clutches, I had pride in my faith, and shame in myself. Which of course helps one resent anyone who doesn't feel the same. This is just terrible.
